We are pleased to announce the rebrand of Support Span 

Support Span is a specialist provider of business telephony solutions, with expertise in voice and data networks, IP telephony and first-rate nationwide support and maintenance services. This expertise and product set is a perfect complement to Elite Group’s proposition: to provide a diverse range of high-quality communications solutions to businesses of all sizes.

For years, Support Span has worked closely with Elite Group on a regular basis as a trusted engineering firm and business partner. This shared history made acquisition a sensible and natural progression, with both companies having an in-depth understanding of how the other operates and of each other’s clients. By unifying Elite Group’s expert account and contract managers with Support Span’s highly sought-after, experienced engineering team, customers will benefit from even better service and an expanded range of solutions.

The combined group will now be able to qualify for Mitel gold status accreditation which will benefit our customers and Elite’s by providing a more competitive offer. The expanded Elite Group will have over 180 staff over four locations, with Support Span contributing 13 employees.

What Does This Mean for Support Span Customers?

From the customer’s point of view, not much will change. The Support Span team remains in place and customers will continue to enjoy the high levels of customer service and access to the industry-leading solutions they have come to expect. Essentially a rebrand of Support Span, the acquisition will mean the Support Span website will change to EliteGroup.com and our @supportspan.co.uk email addresses will become @elitegroup.com addresses.
