We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join us!

As the Campaign Manager handling multiple outbound campaigns through HubSpot, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our lead generation and nurturing efforts. You will also oversee lead scoring and the seamless handoff of qualified leads to the SDR team for further engagement.

This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring a mix of analytical, creative, and operational expertise to optimise the marketing funnel and deliver high-quality, actionable leads to sales. If you have the skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.

We operate a structured hybrid working scheme to support our employees in their work-life balance.
Office working days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday and Tuesdays and Thursdays are working from
home days. Employees who live more than 40 miles away from a Company office are usually home
workers, with agreed office attendance at least once a month.

Reporting to the Sales Director, key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Design, write and execute multiple outbound campaigns through HubSpot targeting various customer segments (vertical campaigns, disqualified leads, new customers, open opportunities).
  • Collaborate with Product Proposition Manager and Vendors to write ongoing nurture campaigns for strategic products and education.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business goals, customer
    journeys, and buyer personas.
  • Create and manage campaigns with a focus on driving conversions and maximising ROI. Implement and maintain lead scoring models within HubSpot to prioritise high-value prospects based on
    engagement, behaviour, and company size.
  • Regularly assess and optimise lead scoring criteria to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Oversee the transition of leads that meet the criteria for sales outreach to the SDR team.
  • Work closely with the SDR and Sales Management team to ensure smooth lead handoff, and provide ongoing feedback to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and results to key stakeholders across Elite.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, leveraging HubSpot’s reporting tools and analytics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Utilise HubSpot’s automation tools to streamline and optimise outreach, follow-ups, and nurturing sequences.
  • Regularly optimise email workflows, sequences, and landing pages to increase conversion rates and engagement.

Essential Competencies

    HubSpot.

  • Strong understanding of lead scoring, customer lifecycle, and funnel optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools (including workflows,

    reporting, and lead management).

  • Solid understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and qualification best practices.
  • Ability to monitor, track, and optimise KPIs to drive campaign performance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success).
